Raicevic v. Secretary of Health and Human Services

I wanted to express how impressed I am by Lisa’s professionalism and competence. Lisa did a great job in finalizing and settling my case. Her pursuant and dedicated attitude towards her clients’ cases is admirable. Lisa really puts in the time and effort in achieving the best results for her clients! Lisa went above and beyond when it came to my case. She really took the time to understand my concerns and to hear me out. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney to settle my case than Lisa. What makes Lisa stand out as an attorney is how compassionate and caring she is. As a client, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the process and outcome. If you are looking for an exceptional attorney, who is passionate about her work and clients, look no further than Lisa!

Patterson v. Secretary of Health and Human Services

I filed a VICP claim in March 2013, representing myself pro se because VICP claims are advertised to be non adversarial. That was not the case in my situation and it was strongly recommended to find a Vaccine attorney. The logic I used was the closest Vaccine Attorney to me. Hence, my attorney - client relationship with Lisa began. I was lucky to have found such a knowledgable and detail oriented Vaccine Attorney near me. Lisa and I were a team; Lisa made the team a "dream time.” She is very knowledgeable about the workings of the Vaccine Court. Lisa cares about her clients by the manner she listens intently, even during the times that I was in so much pain, on various medications, tired, sleep deprived, Lisa paid close attention to what I was trying to say about my condition, doctor appointments, medications and dosages, my limited abilities and my loss of being able to care for my own activities of daily living. Lisa was on her "A" game; she predicted what information other than medical records the DOJ would request and we were very much prepared to provide the evidence the DOJ requested. While I did not receive my total lost earnings, retirement, and other items, which I do blame on myself because I am in chronic pain and I just wanted the whole process to be over as quickly as possible. Lisa explained the pros and cons of my decision to end this process as quickly as possible, but dealing with chronic pain, anything that takes over my life in addition to the chronic pain, such as SSA Dib application and reconsideration after the denial, Lisa was there. She treated me like family. Lisa cares about her clients and aims for the best outcomes for her clients. I recommend Lisa in a heartbeat for Vaccine Injury cases. Lisa stays in constant contact with her clients and provides information that is in the best interest of her clients. I highly recommend Lisa for any vaccine injury case. Don't go it alone, like I started, pro se; call Lisa!

Roberson v. Secretary of Health and Human Services

Dear Lisa, Words fail me. I want to tell you how much of a difference you have made in my life...to thank you for fighting for me when nobody else would...for showing me that I could be braver than I ever thought I could be....for helping me 'Take on the Big Guys'. But, anything I start to put down in words seems inadequate. You are Awesome Lisa, I looked up the word Tigress online, I feel like the definition fits you...A woman regarded as daring and fierce. You have been fierce in defending me, you never backed down, you never wavered.....and for that I thank you. You were not only successful in getting a settlement that will make things easier for me, you got me validation as well. That was what was most important to me. So Lisa I thank you...I also thank you on behalf of the other victims that you fight for with a 'Daring and Fierce' determination, seemingly tirelessly.

Brown v. Secretary of Health and Human Services

Dear Lisa,

At a time of extreme tragedy in my family’s life we were referred to you through the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. You walked us through a very difficult time in our life, encouraged us when we felt overwhelmed, and held our hand through the whole long process of vaccine compensation. I can not thank you enough for allowing my husband to receive the care he deserves due to his extreme disabilities caused by the flu vaccine. I would and do recommend you to anyone injured by a vaccine. You are a very professional and talented lawyer that became a friend for life.

Thank you,

Anderson v. Secretary of Health and Human Services

I cannot recommend Lisa strongly enough. As an attorney myself, I had the unique perspective of being both Lisa's client as well as a professional peer. I can say without a doubt that she is a fantastic advocate for her clients. She knows her craft and is exceptionally skilled at navigating cases through the oftentimes complex Vaccine Court system. I never once felt like she was not in total control of my case. Lisa is relentless yet professional (a rare combination), tough when she needs to be, extremely proactive and always responsive. But above all, Lisa's best attribute is that she genuinely cares about her clients and their cases and dedicates herself to achieving the best outcome possible. I cannot say how comforting it was to know that my attorney believed in my case and was ready to go to bat for me, which is how I felt at all times working with her. Thank you, Lisa!!

OH MY GOD! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Lisa, I really appreciate all your excellent and professional work, and of course your patience because it was a very difficult and slow case. In addition to your work I really thank God for putting a sensible and incredible human being in my way, I could never have gone through all this without you being so wonderful.

Subject: RE: Vaccines and adverse reactions

Hi Todd,

Lisa comes very highly recommended from me. She was very successful in seeing my case through to settlement with minimal impact to my daily life as I've continued recovery from GB. As one victim who invested countless hours investigating the many channels to engage the Federal Court of Claims to have my case heard, I highly recommend Lisa. Once Lisa and I were connected, she knew the process cold and navigated the system very efficiently and effectively.

I would happily serve as a referral for others like me in need of assistance.

Best regards,

Chuck Abendroth

To Whom It May Concern:

I want to highly recommend Lisa Roquemore and her team at Broker and Associates. I contacted Lisa to help me with a vaccine injury claim; from the very beginning she was professional, helpful and on top of the case.

Her follow-through and attention to detail kept the case moving forward, leading to a better outcome than expected. Though I hope I don’t need her services again, I would definitely recommend her to others in a heartbeat!

Best regards,

Elizabeth Vitanza

I have had the opportunity to work with a number of attorney's over my personal and professional life. None have had the breadth and depth of legal intelligence, the provision of timely and responsive client support, the passion for the law and her client's needs, than Lisa Roquemore. She is truly out-in-front of, anticipates, and proactively addresses her clients needs. That alone is a tremendous breath of fresh air compared to my experiences with other practicing attorney's. She is an accomplished go-getter, a strong collaborator, and will fight every inch of the way for you.

Domiguez v. Secretary of Health and Human Services

Good Morning Lisa,

Well I received the check for the settlement funds last Thursday and I just wanted to say thank you for all your help. I really did not think that I would be compensated for all of the pain I've suffered over the last 3 plus years, but because of your help and expertise in this area of law, my future health care has been provided for. Why I chose you to process my case and fight for my future, I believe, was not a fluke. You did an excellent job and stood by my side throughout. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
